    • 4 Prenatal childbirth prep sessions (2 in-person + 2 virtual)

    • Support creating or refining your birth plan

    • Phone/text/email availability for questions as they come up

    • On-call for birth attendance from week 37-42

    • Continuous presence throughout your labor & delivery: comfort measures, breathing techniques, positioning suggestions, emotional reassurance

    • 1-2 visits after birth to process your experience + check-in on your physical and emotional recovery

    • Phone/text/email availability for 12 months postpartum

    • Prenatal visit(s) to build relationship before the birth

    • Age-appropriate preparation: books, conversations, and activities about what to expect

    • On-call for support from week 37-42

    • Continuous emotional support for children during labor and delivery, allowing the birthing person and birth partner to focus on labor

    • Child-friendly explanations of what's happening, and distractions when needed
